Associate“Dania obtained her LL.B from l’Université Paris Cité in 2022.
Before joining BLG, Dania trained with Afridi & Angell in Dubai, where she developed extensive experience in corporate structuring, dispute resolution, and arbitral matters, as well as legal and real estate due diligence reviews across a range of transactions.
Dania advises on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, with experience in corporate reorganizations and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. She assists on insurance claims and arbitration matters. Her work spans multiple sectors, particularly mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and employment, and includes cross-border matters. She regularly advises on compliance with UAE labour law, as well as DIFC and ADGM employment regulations.
